Beverages is any drink aside from water. The beverage industry consists of two major categories and eight sub-groups. The non-alcoholic category is comprised of soft drink syrup manufacture; soft drink and water bottling and canning; fruit juices bottling, canning and boxing; the coffee industry and the tea industry. Alcoholic beverage categories include distilled spirits, wine and brewing.

Non-alcoholic beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages refers to non-intoxication drinks or sweet carbonated drinks, which doesn’t have any liquor percentage or in other words yeast is not introduced to convert sugar into alcohol during the fermentation process. Soft drinks comes in different variety like chilled, hot, bottled, canned or open liquids. The bottles or cans drinks are hygienically packed, e.g. aerated waters, mineral water, juices, squashes, syrups, smoothies, shakes etc. to be consumed as and when required.

Alcoholic Beverages
 are portable liquid which contain 1% to 75% of liquor.

Here in the academy we will be training students on the following types of beverages:
1.Alcoholic Beverages (Bear, Stout, wine, Hot drinks etc)
2.Carbonated soft drinks
3.Cacoa Beverages
4.Fruit  Juice
5.Flavoured Milk Ice Creams
6.Wines
7.Yoghurt
8.Sweets
9.Toffees

A soft drink is a drink that usually contains carbonated water, a sweetener, and a natural or artificial flavoring. The sweetener may be a sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, fruit juice, a sugar substitute, or some combination of these
